Software

System software of QCDPAX is Cross compiler 'psc' and 'Faust-C' are developped for QCDPAX by Univ. Tsukuba and Anritsu Co. SPL/M for PAX-32 and its compiler was developped at Kyoto University by Sato. The compiler runs on the Host computer, and the object code is loaded to each PU through the Control unit.

  1. QCDPAX system consists of a host computer and PU(Processing Unit) array.
  2. One cabinet includes six modules.
  3. One module includes 16 PUs and a interface board.
  4. A PU board includes CPU, FPU, SRAM, DRAM, and so on.
