* payment should be completed by April 10, 2024.
Information for awards
- Please apply for the award at the time of submitting your presentation application. Please note that changes in title and authors after the completion of the abstract submission will be considered a declination of the award application.
- Provide your JSTC membership number for eligibility verification. Cooperate with us in the age verification and grade assessment for presentation and poster award applicants, respectively.
- If you have previously received the same award at a past JSTC annual meeting, you cannot apply for the same category of the award. This means past poster award winners can apply for the presentation award and vice versa. However, the same content of the research is not applicable.
About selection
- Based on the presentations, the selection committee will conduct a review. In the case of numerous applicants, preliminary selection will be determined by the evaluation of abstracts.
- If there is a change in the type of presentation due to program organization, the award application will be adjusted accordingly.
- The recipient of the best presentation award will receive a certificate of commendation and an additional prize, along with a 1-year subscription to the Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ) journals (BCSJ, Chem.Lett.), supported by CSJ.
- The best poster award winner will be presented with a certificate of commendation, generously supported by the Royal Society of Chemistry, United Kingdom (RSC) and CSJ. Approximately 2 winners will be selected for this prestigious honor.
- The names of the award winners will be officially announced via JSTC approximately 1 month after the annual meeting. Additionally, announcements will be published on this annual meeting website, the JSTC website, and via the mailing list.
