Computational biophysics group is a unique program to provide graduate students with high quality education through advanced researches in the field of biophysics. Our current resarch is focused on the elucidation of reaction mechanisms and physical properties of biomolecueles based on computational methodologies such as molecular mechanics (MM) and quantum mechanics (QM). Our ultimate goal is to clarify fundamental principles of lifes.
