This is the fifth workshop of International Lattice Data Grid (ILDG) to co-ordinate the development of lattice QCD grids and to build a global grid to support international collaborations and data exchange. The workshop comprised reports from the ILDG Middleware and Metadata Working Groups, short contributed talks by the participants and discussion sessions
