Registration

Registrants are urged to register before May 24, 2010 (AOE) to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration.
The deadline for pre-registration is June 7, 2010 (AOE). Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at IWOMP 2010.

Note for authors: Accepted papers may not be included in the proceedings unless one of the authors completes the registration procedure by early registration deadline (incl. full payment).

* Students are required to submit a copy of their student ID or a student certificate letter from the supervisor by fax or by e-mail (in PDF format) to the Registration Office.

Registration fee includes; * If you would like to attend the Banquet with your accompanying person(s), you can purchase the banquet ticket separately for JPY4,000. Please inquire to the Registration Office.

To Student Attendee:
If you prefer not to participate the Banquet, we are prepared to reimburse the banquet fee to you. We will announce details at a later date.
On the other hand, Welcome Reception will be entirely sponsored by companies, so we cannot pay the reimbursement whether you participate or not.

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

*The bank transfer fee shall be borne by the applicants.
*If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.

Notification E-MAIL

Reply E-mail:

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Confirmation:

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the workshop site to receive the workshop materials.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please send a written notification of cancellation to the Registration Office as early as possible. Refund will be made after the following cancellation fee and bank transfer fee are deducted. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the workshop proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.
All refund will be made after the workshop.
